In its entirety, this online course has six modules (see below). The course will be introduced to the Human Resources Employee Lifecycle and Human Resources Values and then will start to explore the five key areas of Human Resources in greater detail. These areas are: Planning, Attraction, Management, Engagement, and Conclusion. Feel free to work through the six modules in order, or to move between the modules as they meet the needs of your business.

In this module you will learn about the first stage of the employee lifecycle, Planning. The Planning stage is about putting in place the necessary framework to set your business and your employees up for success.
